I can’t wait to see how the bedroom comes together – you have such a lovely interior eye! I really like Vinterior for antique and vintage furniture. It’s an online secondhand marketplace, so wonderful for rehoming your own pieces too.
What a lovely letter, Lauren! I cannot agree with you more - love the idea of checking through Google for similar things, smart thinking 😉
My entire house is made out of second hand that I repainted, reupholstered, new handles etc. and I must say that when I look at the things I have searched for, worked had on and had to drive a lotttt of miles back and forth, I do love them even more than the things I purchased in stores directly. Not that I don’t like store-bought interior pieces but it’s just fun for me to look at something I found somewhere random and how it all comes together in a space.
So curious about the new room! Love the idea of the shelving in between the closets for display and also for additional lighting on that side. I know you love your Philips Hue system, they also have great light strips for shelving like that!
I was looking at the F&B paint color booklet myself last week and I thought: I don’t have an overview of all the archived colours. So I looked them up. Perhaps something to have a look at too when you decide on colours:
I love Clunch but perhaps too “taupy” compared to your inspo photos.
I also looked at Farrow’s White. Since you mentioned School House White… “Sitting between School House White and Slipper Satin, this white can be used with any Farrow & Ball colour, making it one of our most versatile shades.”
I also have a sample pot of Pointing. A lovely colour if you want to emphasise that warm feeling. “One of our Red Based Neutrals, Pointing has a warm undertone to it which creates the prettiest of spaces and always softens the feel of a room.”

The ideas for the closet look so dreamy, I can only imagine how beautiful it will look when it becomes reality :)

Looking forward to the updates here and on YT!
Excited to see what you create. Interior content is the best!
