Good Morning reader,
I feel as though the start of May has been a slight whirl wind with business changes, a packed social calendar and being hit with the time of the month hormones that just simply wipe me out.
One of my goals for the year was to really get on top of my health, from the inside out. I want to feel energised. Strong. But also clear within my mind. Let’s be honest, we don’t all prioritise our health or even ourselves for that matter. There is always something that comes before us - work commitments, children, family, pets, household chores, life and admin. I am guilty in that respect.
